Service costs may vary based on the complexity of your needs, treatment goals, and session length. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss pricing transparently so you know exactly what to expect–no hidden fees, no surprises.

Payment Options
Best Life at Home OT accepts private payment via cash, Venmo, or check. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance Reimbursement
While we don’t directly bill insurance companies, you may still receive reimbursement for our services. We can assist you in providing the requested paperwork for you to submit your claim for potential reimbursement. We’re happy to assist with any additional paperwork your insurance company may request.Medicare Information
If you’re a Medicare Part A beneficiary, specific government guidelines determine whether you can use our private-pay services or must utilize Medicare benefits. Contact us for personalized verification and guidance on your eligibility.
